Benim Masalım creates an anonymous technical account that is invisible to the user. It holds no name, email or password — it is only a random identifier used to carry your subscription across devices and to count the daily quota.
Deleting from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Benim Masalım.
- Go to the Settings tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap “Delete my account and data” at the end of the page.
- Choose “Delete my account” on the confirmation screen.
The action is immediate and permanent; it cannot be undone.
If you already uninstalled the app
Because the anonymous account is tied to the session on your device, deleting the app does not remove the server-side record. In that case write to destek@dodeyazilim.com; we will complete your request within 30 days and confirm in writing.
What gets deleted?

No data is kept in a backup and nothing can be restored after deletion.
Your subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel your subscription. To stop being billed you must also cancel it from the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google Play account.
